West Avia Participates in Rinta-Jouppi Machine’s Machine Days 2025

West Avia participated in Rinta-Jouppi Machine’s 10th Anniversary Machine Days in September 2025 with its own stand. The event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase West Avia’s operations, future plans, and the developing opportunities of the Seinäjoki Airport area to both visitors and participating companies.

At the West Avia stand, visitors learned about the current activities in the area and how West Avia is being developed as a future-oriented environment for autonomous aviation, logistics, business operations, and new technologies. During the event, brochures were distributed and numerous discussions were held regarding the development of the area and the opportunities it offers for companies.

Business Park and Future Development of the Area

During the Machine Days event, West Avia also presented its business park concept and its goals to attract new companies to establish operations in the airport area. The developing business park will offer versatile opportunities especially for companies operating in logistics, technology, aviation, and industry, as well as businesses that benefit from excellent accessibility and a growing innovation environment.

West Avia’s development work is also supported by the cooperation agreement between the cities of Seinäjoki and Ilmajoki. The agreement aims to strengthen the vitality of the airport area, increase its attractiveness, and enable new companies and investments to locate in the region. Through this cooperation, the goal is to build a long-term internationally attractive operational environment for future aviation, logistics, and technology companies.
